I'm Justine, founder and managing director of THE HUMM AGENCY.
I grew up around hospitality at its highest level, and somewhere along the way it became part of how I see the world.
My father always said that people forget what they saw, but never how they felt. That stayed with me through Gübelin, Four Seasons Hong Kong, Eleven Madison Park in New York, and eventually back to Zurich, where I decided to build something of my own.
What drives me is people.
Every new client means immersing myself in a different world, understanding a brand, a vision, a person, and translating that into an experience that feels entirely theirs.
Service at the highest standard is not something I learned. It's who I am and what I bring to every project I take on.
